This website is operated by AP Furniture & Manufacturers, trading as Sestora. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
Using the website
You may browse the catalogue and contact us for information. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or interfere with its normal operation.
Products, images and availability
We aim to describe every piece accurately, but colours, grain, texture and finish can vary between screens and between individual products. Handmade and natural materials may show slight differences.
Stock changes regularly. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Availability, lead time and the final specification are confirmed by our team before an order is accepted.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable GST. Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed before you place an order.
We may correct pricing or listing errors before confirming an order. If a correction affects your enquiry, we will contact you before proceeding.
Orders placed through WhatsApp
This website is a catalogue and enquiry service. It does not process online payments. When you send a cart or product enquiry, WhatsApp opens with a prepared message for you to review and send.
An order is confirmed only after our team confirms availability, delivery details, the final amount and payment instructions with you directly. A WhatsApp message by itself is not an accepted order.
Delivery, installation and risk
Delivery and installation are arranged as described in our Shipping Policy. Please inspect your order at delivery and report any visible damage or missing parts promptly.
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided, or when you collect them from the store.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Returns, refunds and warranty claims are governed by our Returns Policy and Warranty Policy, together with any product-specific terms shown on the product page.
Intellectual property
The website design, text, photographs, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without written permission.
